Rudy Balmater is a veteran audit specialist with expertise in structuring and facilitating implementation of proper corporate governance and family governance in line with the International Financial Corporation’s (IFC) standards. He has advised multiple family conglomerates over the last couple decades.

Rudy Balmater has over 37 years of experience working at multinational accounting firm such as Sycip, Gorres, Velayo & Co. (SGV), Arthur Andersen, and Ernst & Young. Aside from his position as President Director of Balmater Consulting Company, he also currently sit as Independent Commissioner of PT Madusari Murni Indah Tbk, Commissioner of PT ABM Global Solution (EPLDT), and Director of PT Yuna Asia. He also previously sit as Independent Director of Sinarmas Land Limited and Member of Audit Committee of PT Erajaya Swasembada Tbk and PT Delta Djakarta Tbk.
